does anyone know of a good way to make sure that you attach your grips on straight? i cut some strips out of neoprene and want to glue them on but i'm afraid i'm going to glue them on crooked or unevenly spaced or something silly and amateur like that. i've browsed through the gallery and all the grips seem to be immaculate. does anyone have some suggestions as far as figuring out how to keep everything straight?

Have you thought about using a ruler to straighten the grips. That works for me most of the time when I need to keep something straight. Or use a protractor to measure your angles.

Go onto ERv's site.
He has templates i've used in the past:
