Is drilling necessary?

...in the "LED Modular Hilt System starter kit" do you need to do any drilling? I built an EL blade and would like a very simple kit to make an LED blade (as I don't have so much time anymore) and I really don't like drilling... lol.

There's a Modular Hilt forum... but it's not asked there either. You could probably not do any drilling and be fine but the blade would just sit in there. I'd drill and tap a hole for a thumbset screw if you wanted to be sure that blade wouldn't fly out if you went wild dueling.[:D]
