I wish I knew how to make them to hold electronics without compromising the dimensions.

I think I saw pulled apart one of the TPM elsewhere and it's already constructed pretty close to what's needed to light it up.

You are correct though that the ROTS would have to have the dimensions changed.

As Han would say... "Well, that's the real trick, isn't it?" :)

Fitting the electronics into hilts with fun and wild choke points always seems to be a bear. It's doable, but it usually increases the hilt length pretty ridiculously.
