Pager button on lightstaff handle?

Where's the best place to stick a pager button on an MHS dual-ended lightstaff? Trouble is, in addition to using my saber as a lightstaff, it also gets taken apart and used as two swords, either long hilt (with extension pieces) or short hilt (no extensions. I was thinking up near the emitter, but might that cause problems?
Any other ideas for where to put a pager button on a long hilt, or how to carry the darn thing?

you might consider setting your blade screw in the hole of the coverteck button

put one on the emitter on both sides that way you wont have to worry about it. that way if you want to carry two sabers, you can. if you want to just carry the staff...you can do that also.
