Does this need to be tapped?

I was wondering if i would need to tap and drill the holes for all of the screws..or if they came pre-drilled and tapped as shown in the second picture. Thanks in advance for any help.

...at least for the screws shown. You still need to tap for a thumbscrew to hold the blade.
