Look carefully at TCSS store... they have all that you need screw-wise. They even have what it takes to transform a solid metal bar in nut replacement (read drill bit and taps) Drill, Tap, Bolt.

Tapping holes is an easy technique, but you'll use it several times after you got around doing that. I learned to tap holes a few years ago under advices from Acerocket himself and I am very pleased I did. I've used it in all my sabers since.

I'd suggest 8-32, seams to be sturdy ennough.

whats the set screw? or is it self explanitory? i was hoping maybe the graflex pins would work because they look kind of cool. also i dont think the sink tube would really need tapping...its not thick enough. since the sink tube doesnt fit over the mhs pieces.

1.5 inch sink tube. i have some pretty decent gashes from a mhs piece not wanting to come off and having to use vice grips and a vice. maybe thats why, but it wont even fit over the emitter and it has no scratches besides the usual from dueling. maybe if i buy a new center piece it will fit right. my original idea was to slip it over the center piece and bolt it down. i also just wanted the sink tube to make the saber a little shorter. i know its not as thick so do you think it will bend or dent easliy?
