Need help with CFX!

Hi folks, my board is wired for sound (and light, but not connected), when I apply the power (SD inserted) it lights up red for a few seconds then shuts off with no start up sound. Using the activation switch has no effect. When the SD card is not inserted, it just flashes. Does this mean I might have fried the board?

You might have a dead speaker, a disconnected wire, or a bridge in your speaker wiring. Would need good high quality close up pics of the wiring.

I sent photos, the board is not connecting to the crystal fx desktop app either

You were right, speaker wire connection was bad, however it went into deep sleep mode
