everyone who ever called me a nerd for liking star wars has fallen silent as soon as i show them these cool toys! I made a sith apprentice costume for halloween this year and got many many compliments about my TCSS EL saber. girls even likd it. trouble is everyone wants to know about the electronics and all i can do is tell them to look it up on here. the tutorials rock.
the best fun is making fanfilms. Playing with the props is great fun but nothing compares to being able to sit back and be passively entertained by your own homemade Star Wars adventures the same as you were when you were 6. We are so fortunate to live in age when technology conveniently makes your childhood dreams possible.
so many of us got interested in our adult careers at least in part because of Star Wars. I know it's why I make videos.

Originally for Dueling without Fear of it Breaking like my MR.
But discovered how much Fun it is to build and it is the Jedi Way plus looks great with my Garb. Also the satisfaction when people ask you where you bought it and you can tell them I Made This.[:)]

I use my two (currently two I should say) for dueling-heavy dueling. I do however want to get into fanfilms[:D]. And it gives me something to do, something to create, makes my friends jealous, and is a great hobby to boot!

For me, all of the above, but I would add, dueling/demonstrations.[;)]

I don't personally know of any other girls who've made an EL saber by themselves, and I made my first one over 3 years ago.[:p]

Bragging, bragging and more bragging. Oh yeah, and twisting my wrists. Ouch!
