Substitute 2-56 screws for MHSV1 Pixel Hilt Side Adapter (V1NPC)?

Happy Thanksgiving, and hello from waterlogged Seattle.

Lost the 2-56 Phillips Head Screws (2-56PHIL) that came with the MHSV1 Pixel Hilt Side Adapter, so I was thinking of substituting 2-56 Button Head Screws (256BH) that I have for the Activation Box Style 1.

Anyone try this or know if this would work?

It should work, you just have to check the length.
