I recently received an order that had two Tri-crees. On both the blue LED came on crooked. One was manageable and fit under the lens. But the other came so crooked it doesn’t have contact to light up or even fit under the lens.
I submitted a note in the order I placed but I not sure what the protocol is. I’ve ordered from TCSS a lot but I have never encountered this issue. Has this happened to anyone? What should I do?
