Switch hole service questions

Hey I’m curious if the 12mm AV switch hole can be done oh the deep ribbed extension style 2? I’d want it in the ribbed that’s just below the male end.

I would imagine yes. I had them do a guarded switch hole in the luke style ribbed section.
