so does a 1.5in sink tube fit over mhs parts...specifically, double threaded hilt style 1 or 2 or 3. i was thinking of doing some fabrication! sorry if there was already a discussion about this before...i looked for it i swear!

Use the "MHS to sink tube" coupler part located in Tim's store...

The MHS parts are the correct size for a 22 gauge sinktube to slide over.

I know what you mean. You can't just drop a statement with a ***ual connotation and not expect people to respond in kind. Thank goodness I have a migraine and no sense of humor today.

too late now, isn't it,

as for the matter in question, i will concur with jonitus, the sink tubes do slide over the mhs parts, but you want to be careful of any burrs that may be on your tube, be sure and dremmel them smooth, otherwise you will get some nasty scratching, it takes a while to work out what a rough sink tube can do to your nice shiny mhs pieces.

well the section i would be sliding it over (huh huh huh) is scratched anyways....i dont mind if it gets messed up. i was trying to get ideas so make some nice cosmetic adjustments on the hilt. ever see advanced lights sabers? you know how he just puts rectangle peices on the hilt? ...something like that. i dont know. my first idea was just to slide it over the "double threaded hilt style 1" and bolt it on there. from there i dont know. any ideas?

Yeah, sinktubes slide over MHS hilt pieces just fine. I have a ribbed extension and overlayed it with sinktubes to try and disguise the piece. I love Tim's saber parts, but I'm trying to use his parts without making it look like I used his parts. ::rereads what he just wrote:: er...yeah...
