Heat Sink Crazy Pills

OK - I know I've order a cheap (like under $10) heat sink module somewhere. The kind that specifically holds a Tri-star LED aluminum with the copper back with holes on the side and IN THE MIDDLE. I've just followed all my links and can't find where I ordered this. WHY ISN'T ANYONE MAKING THESE IN MASS?? Can anyone help me with a link?

Do we have access to the copper heat sink he is talking about with out the module.
