Hi All,

I've wired up a Warsabers Cerberus but it doesn't seem to be working. Picture of how I've wired it is attached.

16802

I've tried a new switch, a new battery.

I initially wired it up without the tri-cree and it seemed to power on would cycle through fonts and generally behaved normally. Once I added the tri-cree everything stopped working. When I press the switch the speaker crackles with what sounds like it might be the boot sound. I press it again and the red die on the tr-cree lights up, any further presses do nothing and its now stuck in this state unless I remove the battery or plug in the USB charger.

Battery is disaplying 4.1V on multimeter and I left it charging for a few hours to be sure.

I removed the tri-cree from the board and tested each die to check my wiring, all fine, all working.

I'm at a bit of a loss and the Warsabers facebook chat haven't got back to me :(

help please!

TCSS sells plecter boards. Other support here may be minimal.

I would think the bigger problem you have is unresponsive customer support from the manufacturer...

Hope you find a way to get your issues resolved.

Darth Chasm is correct. You would have to talk to their customer support.

You can also try The Rebel Armory forums and/or FX-Sabers forums.

I can only echo those who have already said to check the other saber forums out there and add read the manual several times over. From what I saw just on the first couple pages of the English manual it looks like it's very similar to the the later versions of the Crystal Focus Sound cards sold here at TCSS.

Thanks again everyone, quick update, Warsabers got back to me yesterday, they were really helpful and went through lots of testing with me, they concluded the board is faulty and are sending me a new one in the post. Hopefully a positive result.

That is good news about them sending you a replacement not so much that you have to wait to get it in the mail. Good luck with the replacement board.
