You are missing a battery. I assume since you are shipping internationally that you plan to get that locally. Also I didn't notice a chassis system. Lots of options there including not bothering with one, but most folks do use something. I assume you will be soldering connections yourself?

You do not need a choke unless you want it. A choke is a design choice for aesthetics though I understand they are useful for twirling the saber.

I'll add that you do not need a lens holder with the tri Cree lens, it fits on the led star pad and is held in place when you screw in the heatsink. Also, the standard switch hole in the hilt will not fit a guarded style switch, you'll need to have the hilt drilled for that type of switch.

What do you mean with a "chassis system"?

What do you mean with a "chassis system"?

Something to hold the battery & sound card in the hilt.
That can be achieved using “chassis parts” sold in the store here (http://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Chassis-Parts-C74.aspx)
See example video here (http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com/showthread.php?17618-Video-Internal-chassis-construction), and forum topic here (http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com/showthread.php?17520-Chassis-Designs-and-ideas&highlight=Chassis+designs).
You can also modify pvc pipe (as many have done), source a 3D printed chassis from elsewhere, or use other materials to secure the electronics from bouncing around in the hilt.

I'd definitely recommend going into the TCSS youtube channel and watch a few of the videos. I just started down this path after watching TLJ gave me the nudge to build a lightsaber and the amount of info you can get from them is staggering. I've not started my build yet (just starting to put together the orders) but it really helped build up my confidence and explain how all of the different parts work together. https://youtu.be/dtFeuIbQxRc and https://youtu.be/BrA-FiAvR5U are really good for showing the chassis builds.
