Inner diameter and outer diameter for metal tubes for the hilt

If im looking to use a 1 inch/25mm as my hilt would i need to have the ID at 25mm and the OD thicker or the other way atound

That's going to depend on what you plan to put in it. The MHS v2 parts are 1" ID, 1.3" OD, unfortunately almost the whole line is out of stock.
