NB V3 and new sound font problem

Hi all.
Just got a saber running with a biscotte V3, light and dark meat ran fine.
I copied over the Rogue font files into the bank 2 folder and when I try and select that bank I just get one error type beep and then nothing, have to reboot the board to get back to bank 1.
Have double checked and recreated bank 2 folder with just the matching sound files to what the biscotte can use and still the same error?
Purchased the font from saberfont if that helps.

Any ideas what could be wrong? I can preview the sounds on my PC and they are all in .wav?

Is the config file still in bank2?

Figured it out, the card reader didn't like writing to the card, files looked like they are on the drive but when you eject and then reinsert they are gone. Used a different computer and it worked.
