Working with my first Prizm. I'm getting the following error when I try to switch fonts:

Key points:
Both switches are detected and configured
Does this with both custom fonts and the stock card loadout
Card was loaded properly (Full format, paste)
Confirmed Plector fonts
Full charge
Fonts will eventually switch and work, but after 5-10 failed attempts. FB groups yielded no help sooo hoping someone on here can point me in the right direction.
