I'm thinking about integrating this symbol into my hilt design. Before I do, I want to make sure it is legit and not just something some random person made up. Does anyone know about the source of this logo and if it is canon?

It's from one of the games IIRC. I've used that symbol in one of my designs in the past.

It was the logo for the Jedi Knight series of games. Sadly, no longer canon. Hope Katarn is brought back some how.
