Hey guys! Receiving parts for my saber soon and some questions come up: Will this connector work for RICE? Because the one in the shop only has 2 ,,stripes"...1523115231

The RICE plug is serial adapter. This is actually just a USB plug.

The USB plug on the RICE cable isn't just a USB plug, it has circuitry inside for serial communication. It's a USB device, not just a wire.

The USB you showed a picture of is simply a USB cable with a 3.5mm connector instead of a standard USB plug. It's just a wire with a different plug than normal.

hmm so this won't work... But all the serial TTL thingies are soo expensive here ;( Well guess I have to see what I'll do now...
