Another Resistor Question White 12w SaberForge LED

Hi all

Just a question on resistors, sorry for another thread about them.

I'm building a stunt saber with a recharge port, the battery I will be using is a 18650 3.7v 3400 mah, the LED has 4 diodes and is the 12w frost white, 3 white and 1 light blue from what I can tell, I just need to know what resistor to use as the module did not come with one pre wired.
