Resistor Toss up

So for a red accent with Vf 2.0 running with a current of 20 mAh using a 3.7 li ion with my NBv3, the dynaohm 20 mAh will be fine or do I have to acquire a 37/500watt 85ohm resistor or some similar?

Dynaohm would work or you could use a 1/8 or 1/4 watt, which are very small.
