Prizm help

My prizm does not trigger swing or clash notices unless I hit or swing very hard.I have double checked the wiring and the board is at the bottom of the hilt,and I have not changes the confit files.Please help!:D

The manual has a section on fine tuning sensitivity. Every saber is different so you'll have to tweak to your liking.

Double check to make sure the board isn't roughly where you are holding the hilt with your hand.

I had a similar issue and when I took it back apart, he board was roughly where I was holding the hilt.
