NB Speaker pads to drive LED...?

My search skills are weak this morning, and I can't seem to find an old diagram I saw here showing how someone used the soundboard speaker pads to drive an LED. I want to divorce the crystal chamber accent LED for a NB from the blade flicker and give it a seemingly more random appearance. But I also don't want to overdraw the current through the speaker amp, so I' am hoping the master Jedi here have more clarity on this question than me.

Any advice would help. Otherwise, I'll just wire it up to (boring!!) mirror the blade tonight... :-)

I believe thalan the exiled post that little tip. He did it without a resistor, I tried the same and it works great. Connect your two legs of the LED to the two speaker wires, at the board, at the speaker or spliced in anywhere in line. It will flicker to the hum of the saber.
