LED module/ blade holder temperature

I'm running 3 RBlue Tri-Rebel, I had the LEDs on for a few minutes, when I touched and the LED module/blade holder was very warm. I am using the 1.5" Sink tube LED/Blade holder. Is this normal?

Hi-intensity LEDs get very warm, that's why they need really good heatsinks. I have seen some (higher output than the rebel or XP-e2) in the lighting projects I have worked on professionally hit 350 degrees in less than a minute when attached to an undersized heatsink.
