I've been kicking myself over this for weeks. I've gotten the sound to work, but the LED never comes on. Have I messed up somewhere? I apologize of the diagram I made is hard to follow.

Thanks14201

How do you have the LEDs wired? Series or parallel?

I'm assuming its parallel, it came with the bridges on two of the three joint pairs.

It's best to take a picture of your sound board and the LED star board. All of us here will see the problem a lot faster with out asking you more questions. ....just an fyi ;)

Please post images. If the bridge pad between the two RBlues are soldered they are wired in series and would require a 7.4v setup...which is not compatible with the NB. If that is the case you will have to desolder the bridge pad.

14202 I know all the red wires might be confusing, but I've got a huge spool of it.

Thank you, I will try to desolder the bridge pads.

Yeah it pre-configured for serial setup. Looks like all three are actually linked together so that would have taken 12v to light.

I've gotten it to light up using a 7.4v through a 1000mAh buckpuck, but since I'm using the NB this time, I'm not using the buckpuck.

Also way way way too much striped wire on the NB connections.

Probably not at full brightness.

Thanks, I've just been trying to get things working before heatshrinking.

Agreed...you striped way to much off the wires for the NB...case in point your orange and the red wire could touch.....and you don't want that. They only need to be striped 2/16 ...and pre-tin them so they don't fray like your LED wire did.

Thank you guys so much. I took the bridges off and now everything works properly. I'll be going back and fix the wiring issues.

Thank you again.
