Hello everyone. I am using a nano v3 biscotte to make a lightsaber and I have a problem. I connected: speaker, LED and battery and do push-button function by touching the two cables. when everything is connected, it turns on but does not go out, and if I disconnect the LED turns on and off perfectly. I have reviewed the welds 20 times and I got a little crazy.
any ideas?
Thanks

Ok, just to make sure I understand, when you have LED, Battery, and Speaker attached and you touch the two wires, the LED comes and and you get the idle hum. You then touch the two wires together again and the LED and idle hum stay on.

Now, if you remove the LED, when you touch the two wires you hear the idle hum, and then when you touch them again the hum stops. Correct?

Pictures of your wiring would be helpful. It sounds like you may have something connected incorrectly.

No a picture of the actual wiring on the board and components, with closeups of the welds as well.

I tried with three LEDs

It appears that you have two negative wires running to your LED? The blue negative from the LED pad on the board, and a black wire?

In the diagram why do you have a wire going from the FoC pad back to the Battery(-)? Did you do this on the actual board and wiring?

blue go to negative nb and black wire go to positive battery

I returned to weld all cables but still does not work. without the LED and the connected foc this works. I think there must be something wrong with the led, or connecting the LED nb

are the pads bridged on the LED?

He means, do you have solder crossing from one pad to another on the led?

I tested with 4 different LEDs, it is unlikely to be led problem

Your not understanding...look at picture below....the orange arrows i add to your pictures are pointing the possible spots of the bridged pads he was talking about. You can't have solder splatter or overflow on those pads. You need to keep the solder on those little circle or square pads.
And the black wire on your LED could be your problem...(no offence but that one is a mess) ...you need to remove and clean the black wire on your LED and redo it.
Also i know how it is being limited on different colored wire. Using the same color wire in 2 different places can confuse you and also possible damage your sound board by accident. Best to use different color wire for each point on your sound board.

Now I have changed the positive LED. it was previously connected to the positive of the battery and now I put it in the positive pad of the nb and now works!!!!
