Do Flash on Clash LEDs Mix w/ Main Blade Color?

Hey everyone,

I'm having trouble finding info on this, so asking.

When FoC is activated, do the main LEDs turn off as FoC LEDs flash on, and they alternate in quick succession under whatever parameters previously setup in the sd card?

I'm going for a deeper red-orange blade as main blade color and a bright yellow FoC. Thought I'd do Red/RedOrange/Lime, but I'm not sure if the Lime would mix in to make yellow during flash or just flash the lime alone.

So two questions only IF the FoC doesn't mix w/ the main to give me the bright yellow FoC I'm looking for:
- For the RedOrange main blade LED, could I also tap it into the FoC wire that goes to the lime so that it'd mix when FoC goes off?

- Could I take a quad-rebel and use both the redorange and lime as a dedicated FoC by connecting them to the FoC pad?

I know my alternative is to just use amber/pcamber/warm white LEDs. I'm more interested in figuring out if this method would work.

That would depend on the sound card you are using. Typically the answer is that the FoC LED is added to the current blade LEDs (they all run simultaneously during a clash event).

On the higher end cards like the Crystal Focus with the Color Extender, you have the option to have different color mixes for the FoC.

I forgot about that. The sound card in question is the NB3.
