Hey guys, Im looking to add another AV switch to my piece. Ive been looking around on the forum and I can found that you can use a 7/16" bit and a M12 to tap and thread but I cant seem to find the drill bit and countersink so that the button sits recessed in my MHS hilt. Just wondering if anyone knows the bits I need. Thanks for your help!

I used a 9/16" end mill to recess mine and a 15/32 drill for the main hole (unless you want it threaded).
(http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com/showthread.php?20262-PX01-Hand-Machined-First-Build-Rahm-Kota-Variant-(pic-heavy)), (4th set of pics in) not sure if this is what you are after.

The 12mm AV switch I bought from TCCS has an M12x.75 thread.
If you plan on taping the hole you want an 11.25mm drill ( took some time to find a chart with that size/ thread pitch)
a 7/16 may work but nay be a little tight.
