I figured out some really neat tricks to make our MHS Obi sabers look more real I think you going to like some of the things I did.

it starts with a AS handwheel then the T-grips section is 1&3/4 inch long and has been lathed down to 1.25inches which forms a 4inch circumference allowing you to place exactly 8 T-grips being .5inch wide that will be recessed into the hilt giving a a realistic radiator look the T-grips have 45degree dog ears. Next the graflex clamp and then a MHS grenade the end has been beveled then a style8 emitter that is gapped from the grenade and held in place by a set screw then you take a .5inch wide section of cheap sink tube take the chrome off leaving the gold luster underneath it is epoxied to the lip at the base of the emitter then grooves are added to the sinktube and the emitter and then paint and polish and you have a MHS Obi-Wan saber.
