Thought this would be a nice way to lug around the new saber.

Thanks. I think I can do a little better on the name plate. It was a pretty quick and dirty job. I actually hand cut the letters out of mailbox stickers. Fortunately, I can remove the plate pretty easily. I'm going to make a trip to the art store to see if I can get some actual stencils.

Have you considered etching? You should be able to find a sheet of brass around that size for under $10. Lowe's actually had 4x4 squares in they "hobby" bin of there "hard to find hardware" section. I don't remember the exact price, but I think it was $3.

It is etched ;) the stencils are for the resist. I got plenty of sheet metal too.

Ahh, I thought that looked pretty darn good for stickers!

Well took a couple failed attempts but I think this works nicely...except for the crooked "0." Oh well.
