Speaker very tight in to pommel?

I have a MHS speaker mount V4 - For 28mm Speakers with the Premium 28mm Speaker

This combo is too tight in MPS Pommel style 3 v2 and Pommel style 4. When I screw in the pommel, it spins the entire chassis assembly. is this normal?

Tough to say without measuring but I would double check that your speaker is all the way seated and not expanding the speaker mount.

Thanks Tim, I did the madcow method of using a credit card edge to seat the speaker. I will try to drive it in further.

Seated it using the LED heatsink, they are roughly the same size and it's seated all the way, but still tight fit in to either pommels. Sand paper next?
