Thread pitch for inside diameter of MHS v1 female

Hey, I have a minor issue. I'm in need of a 3" double female extension, but they are currently out of stock... I have a 5" double female extension that I could cut down, but I don't know what the thread size I need to re thread the new end. Anyone know?
