Prizm 3.5 tri-Cree staying lit even after power off sound help

Hi, I'm still new here and I need help with my first build.

Everything seems to be wired correctly. Everything was working fine during test mode.

When I pull the kill key the board powers up and the tri-Cree lights up. When I hit the switch it sounds the power up sound and off when hit again but the Led does not turn off. Only once the kill key is put back in does it turn off.

Anyone run into this problem.

The tri-Cree is green green Amber
Green green are run together. All positives are run into the board main power and green negative are on L1 and amber negative is on L3.

What type of switch are you using for activation? Latching or momentary?
What is the switch parameter set to?

16mm AV momentary. Positive to the activation terminal and the negative to the ground. The Led positive is wired to the power indicator and negative to ground.

Is the switch parameter in the overdrive file set to 2?
