Wiring up a trustfire?

The trustfires have just been restocked and I was thinking about picking this up:

I will be paring one of the cells with a Prizm board.

How is everyone wiring these batteries up - using a holder and wiring from that, or can I solder the lads directly to the ends of the battery?
