Is there a clamp that holds it down? Do i screw it in?

You will use a blade retention screw. You will need a hole drilled and tapped in the blade holder, and a screw to fit in that hole. You will insert the blade, and then tighten the screw in the hole until it presses firmly against the blade.

Is there a guide on how to do this?

Or you can get it done as a service from TCSS.

ALso, is the blade supposed to be inbetween the holder and the led heatsink? Could I do it that way, I've seen it done with the Obi Wan and Luke sabers

I'm not sure what you're asking. The blade goes in the blade holder. The heatsink is sandwiched between the blade holder and the rest of the hilt.

That technique is only used for thin-neck lightsabers because they lack space for in the emitter. That is why you only see it on Obi-Wan and Luke sabers.
