Hi everyone. I completed the blade part of my led string (3.4V Blue LEDs). I have a 3.7V battery resisted with 3ohms and 10W. However, when I hold power on a test LED, It "desaturates" if that makes sense. It starts as a vivid blue, but slowly turns to an ice blue. Is this permanent? Or is it a result of heat? Would more resistance be the key? I really do not want to mess up my blade so I am testing on single LEDs first.

You're cooking the LED. That 3 ohm resistor isn't enough for a single 3.4v 20mA LED. Bump it up to around an 18 ohm and the problem should resolve itself.
