Yes I drew it with crayons, lol I figured it would be better than MS paint.

The resistor from the LED to the board is based on 3.7v in, and the switch 3.3v in. It will be a 68ohm for the switch and I believe an 82ohm for the LED.

The recharge port and switch LED are the biggest things im worried about.

Your resistor values seem very high. My av switch only required like a 15 ohm resistor and the main led was less than .5ohm.

Well, we'd need to know which LEDs you were running. The 68ohm resistor for the switch is correct if your switch LED has a forward voltage of around 2.0v.

The resistor for your main LED? I think you miscalculated that one. Don't forget to change the current from 20mA to 1000mA on the main LEDs.

Wiring looks ok to me.

Its a CREE XP-E, voltage is around 2.1 since its red, same for the AV, difference is 500mah vs 20mah. Appreciate the help!

You're only going to run the main led at 500ma? You may not be pleased with its brightness. Reds appear less bright than other colors to begin with. I'm not sure about the xp-e, but the xp-e2 can be run safely at 1000ma. Your choice of course.

Hmmmm, that might explain why its so dim compared to my green XP-E....I dont know why I cam up with that number, must have been really tired when I was reading optimal specs. Guess its back to the LED calculator!

Wired it up, no sound, no light, no nothing. Still not 100% together but I hooked power up just to test after soldering the speaker on hoping for a boot sound and nothing.

Figured it out, 3.7 of li-ion is different than 4.5 of AAA. working great now.
