Sanding PC Videos?

I am getting a ribbed extension powdercoated black and was wondering if there are any helpful videos for sanding/removing the pc on some layers of a mhs aluminum piece?

I don't think there is an MHS specific one. But seeing that it's not exclusive to saber making, I would suspect you could find something similar on YouTube.
