18650 Battery 3.6v vs. 3.7v?

Quick question as a sanity check. So I have several flashlights and 1up chargers from a brand similar to my name. Took one out to charge my cell phone off it and its charger and I noticed they use 18650 batteries, though they are rated at 3.6v. If they fit in the 18650 holder, am I safe to assume they would work in a saber build?

I can't see why not but it really depends what the mAh is, for run time.

2300 mAh protected cell. I like them because they have pressure release valving, three thermal overload circuits, and overcharge/over-discharge protection circuits. The flashlights use Cree emitters so I was just checking.

They'll work just fine. Lithium-ion are varyingly rated at 3.6-3.7v with an actual charge of 4.2v fresh off the charger, 3.6-3.7v for the majority of battery life, and shutting off somewhere between 2-3v.
