im looking to do a 1.5 sink tube overlay qui gon style, anyone out there have a cuttout pattern for this? email or pm, thanks!

I would advise greatly against this. I tried it and it's extremely hard. Each rib is a place for it to catch. There is no rigidity left and I couldn't get it on.
