I've finally finished the carbon-fiber blade stunt sabers that I've been working on for some time. The hilts are MHS parts. All powder coating, painting, assembly, and shroud work was done by yours truly. These were designed to be fairly simple in appearance, but easy to duel with. Due to the use of carbon-fiber blades, these things can really take a beating.

I machined grooves in the blade adapters to hold rubber o-rings. These o-rings act as shock absorbers, adding to the longevity of these sabers. The blades are also covered in red or blue heat shrink to A. protect them, and B. make it easier for them to show up on film, should I, or my friends film ourselves dueling.

I really like the Heatshrink over the Carbon Fiber Blades, and also the shock absorbing O-rings on the adapters seems pretty brilliant to me!

Nice work. I agree, the heat shrink is cool and I like that shroud on the BH. Nice & clean.
