View Full Version : All Soundboards out of Stock...?

Hi guys,

I am new to saber building and was hoping to start soon, with a low-cost entry-level soundboard like the Nano Biscotte v2. However, for at least the last 3-4 days it has been out of stock, and today I noticed the Crystal Focus just went out of stock as well. Checking today, the Prizm and Petit Crouton are unavailable.

Is this typical? Is one/all of these going out of production? I checked Plecter Labs' website and they have 0 in stock for all of these items as well.

Is the saber-building sound world coming to an end? Are we destined to be forever without sound? A more quiet weapon, for a more quiet time?

Thanks!

Welcome to the Forums.

Relax, things will be back in stock next month. You just need to keep checking back, as things are produced in cycles, i.e. NB, then CF then Prizm/PC, etc. The CF's were in stock for a couple of weeks, but they just sold out. Also newer versions of most (if not all) boards will be coming in the next batches. Just keep checking every few days or so.

Ah I see, thanks Jedi Knight :) I figured things would be crazy with TFA being released, but wasn't sure how crazy.

Happy Holidays!

It's been brutal here since a month or so before Halloween. I figure it should get back to normal in another month or so. /me crosses his fingers

Yeah, it's a pretty happy day when boards are in stock, but as backlogged demand dies out, the supply-demand nexus will start to reach equilibrium again.
Meanwhile, pity the folks building them and trying to keep up with increasing demand!

Patients is the key lately. Myself, I have two projects that should have been done some time ago. But knowing the amount of people who would turn to building their own sabers for the new movie helped me accept other would be a lengthy delay in what I would like to get done on my own personal projects. Frankly I feel a bit for Tim and his crew. They're more than likely getting their buts kicked. More often it worth the wait :-)
