Life expectancy of a 7.4v 14500 pack?

Just curious as I haven't seen this addressed before. I've got a 7.4 14500 pack powering a PC2 that I've had for probably 3 years now. Saber doesn't get used much, generally gets charged whenever it does. The pack is about toast now. I can charge it and it charges pretty fast, may last 4 minutes at best. I'll replace once they are in stock again, but wondered what kind of life other get out of these or any other lithium ion packs.

I've never been a fan of the 14500 packs, I moved to a single removable cell solution on all of my sabers long ago. Being able to swap batteries out like shotgun shells is both convenient and satisfying.

Didn't have the space on this build. Couldn't even manage a 14650.
