Tri LED Orange Red x2 plus White, resistors

Finishing up my saber and have a question. Do I need a resistor for each orange red die or can I place one before the split for the + wire to the die? Looking at saving space.

One correct value resistor will work for two dies wired in parallel but most will suggest one resistor for each die
If you can cram them in it is considered 'safer' ;)
