"Idle Flicker" Effect

Which soundboards/drivers create the "idle flicker" effect? This is something I absolutely cannot live without. :D

All of the sound boards sold at TCSS do that. It's adjustable in the settings on the SD card, so you can make it as noticeable as you like. Everything from "nearly broken saber" to "steady and flicker-free" can be done.
