You have a heat sink at the top of the list and then a prewired module at the end. You only need one or the other. For your switch and your retention screw you should mention in the location request to have them line up. Unless you don't care. I also don't see any items for a chassis. How do you plan on holding everything in place?

It's not so bad. Check these out, they'll definitely help.

Is there anyway to get the sound card not through the shop? it always seems to be sold out. Also im having trouble trying to figure out the resistors i will need for the switch and and LED it self

Unfortunately, you'll just have to wait on the sound card. You just missed a new round of them.

I just posted in another thread about resistors. Check this out http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com/showthread.php?18690-Math-Check-Request

Most blade retention screws are 8-32.

Chassis Disk 5 locks between male and female threaded parts, and the V4 speaker mount does not. You could use those two together, but it can be a little tricky. An easier chassis would be to use the V5 speaker mount with Chassis Disk 2.

Yes. You can buy them direct from Plecterlabs labs, although there are none being made this side of TFA
If your location is Sus*** (England) shipping would cost about 4quid

You are "violating" the wear filter.

Just curious, did you check out the post I linked you to? It lays out the equation and also gives a link to FJKs helpful tut.

Here it is within your thread:

(Supply Voltage - LED Vf)/Amps

**I do not know if these are your numbers. Just examples.

So for instance, if your battery is 3.7v, and your LED has Vf of 2.5 and you're driving it at 1A you would do this...
(3.7 - 2.5)/1 = 1.2ohms (numbers in red are the ones you use in the online calculators)

Now for the wattage you need take your resistance and multiply it by the current squared...
1.2*(1^2) = 1.2w or 2w rounded up (or greater)

FJK has a better explanation here http://forums.thecustomsabershop.com/showthread.php?17109-Tutorial-FJK-s-quot-Down-and-Dirty-quot-guide-to-Ohm-s-Law
