So I have a Red Lux3 with a 3/4" blade and Corbin's film. Now the way the adapter Tim gave me fits in the MHS emitter, there is a short section where a 1" blade can fit in. (about 1/2") I had some thin wall 1" polyC laying around, and the extra bit of blade film (about 4 or 5"), so I rolled up the film and put it in the thin walled 1" tube, and slid it over the 3/4" blade.
The long and short of it is, it produces a really awesome thick core effect, (like 1/2" wide), at least in that short section near the emitter. Has anybody else tried this? What do you think? I will post pics as soon as I can.

This was about the best one I got. It's really hard to get a good picture of this. It's alot more even than in the picture

Welcome to the world of dual tubes!

I created a thread on this... it's in Corbin's "saber manual" also. You're trading the distinct core for the larger and softer core. I love it personally. It's the happy medium of the laser core and a solid color.
