Noyl Wendor

So I've been tinkering and collecting for a bit. Turns out my bin was empty (finally ), with the exception of a few dusty old parts and pieces. I just finished assembly and had to cut down some 8-32 screws so I would have room on the inside for guts.
Here however is a breakdown of the parts I pulled from the "bin of despair"
x4 MHS sink tube adapters
x2 Trim ring 3
x1 Mhs extension blank 3
x1 Pommel style 4
x1 1.25 sink tube 5" long stripped to the brass
x14 8-32 screws (various finishes)
x1 double ended male threaded adapter (the older one, that does not match the ID of mhs bodies)
and a few left over chunks of MHS sleeve material that other wise would have collected dust for another 4 or five years.
For the guts I'm putting in a PC 2.0 (mounted on a chassis from tcss), 7.4 lit-ion battery, in hilt recharge (see below location of rc port hole) and for grins I figure why not do this beastly number with a tri-rebel RRW :D
For the emitter, I decided to "re-task" the one from my "neo Vader" posted recently. I went with a BH style 18 for that one, and a green LED. The red went to what I'll be posting next. So keeps your eyes open.
Enough jibber, here's some pics

Here's the spot for the RC port, middle of the pic

The two holes near the bottom of the shroud for the aux/main switches, I'm thinking I may do a flat piece of metal that would run between the switches, and reinforce the back with a sort of spine.

Here you can see the gap between the MHS sleeve and the sinktube. That's were the switches and RC port will come through. I'll secure them to the brass and slide the sleeve material over them during assembly.

It looks like this big bulky heavy monster of a hilt, but oddly fits well in the hands so far. The total length ends up at about 12" bit on the long side but well worth it for the look. I not only surprised my self, but was really pretty happy with clearing out the bin with out having to throw away or try and sell off bits and pieces.
Now the question is whether to weather or not to weather :D
Thanks for looking
