if that was made out of aluminum then it would cost a ton. that thing looks like it is resin but it is pretty cool looking, especially on the inertia

either that or they cast them.

but either way it is weaker than aluminum and for a high quality saber that is what you would want it in

you could but it might look like crap since he doesn't give you the ID or OD of the piece
vortextwist
12-18-2006, 03:58 PM
well the id of the emitter would be whatever blade they use.
Lord Maul

what???????
that piece is used as a coupler, not a blade holder. look at the Inertia. that piece is the coupler. the only difference is that the one on that saber is colored and has a maganate attached to it

yes but the Id of that piece would be what ever od sized blade they use.

not necessarily. your best bet would to just email parks and ask him about the dimensions of that piece. better safe than sorry

How come Tim doesn't offer any pieces larger than the MHS OD? Notice the emitter in that picture has a bigger OD.

I have seen some ppl alter there mhs emitters like that, maybe its something they do themselves with a premade pice or ask tim to do it.
remberm this is the custom saber shop, you can prolly ask for some form of custom work or another.

tim's designs are just basic layouts. if ya want it bigger but with the same look then just tell him and he will do it, but it will cost you a minimum of 10$
